Already offering awesome views and award-winning cuisine, the restaurant now offers “celebration keys.”
If guests note in their reservations they are celebrating a special occasion at the restaurant, the Alizé staff will ensure a golden key awaits guests at their table upon arrival, accompanied by a handwritten note from the staff. Just what the key unlocks remains a mystery throughout the meal. At the end of the experience, a box will be brought to the table with a special gift, compliments of Alizé, inside. Each key unlocks each gift box, which varies depending on the event. The box can contain anything from customized pastries to engagement rings and more.
André Rochat, chef and proprietor, opened Alizé in 2001 on the top floor of Palms Casino Resort’s Ivory Tower. Open daily from 5:30 p.m., the restaurant quickly racked up accolades and awards. Learn more and make reservations online.

United Continues Its Global Expansion
United Airlines keeps soaring to new heights, recently announcing another expansion of its leading global route network. The airline added new non-stop flights between Newark (EWR) and Marrakesh (RAK), Morocco; Tokyo (NRT) and Cebu (CEB), Philippines; and Houston (IAH) and Medellin (MDE), Colombia. That’s not all: United also plans to increase flights to popular worldwide destinations including Hong Kong (HKG); Seoul (INC), South Korea; and Porto (OPO), Portugal.
