Universal Orlando Resort’s Wizarding World of Harry Potter celebrates the most wonderful time of the year with a new Christmas experience.
Christmas is an important holiday in the Harry Potter series, with festive decorations and towering trees in the Great Hall, a steady snowfall from the Enchanted Ceiling and cozy fireplaces in the dormitories. It’s also when Harry ventures into the restricted-book section of the library to research the famous Nicolas Flamel, creator of the Sorcerer’s Stone.
Come November, Harry Potter fans can experience some Christmas magic for themselves with a new experience offering the opportunity to see, feel and taste what it’s like to celebrate the holiday in J.K. Rowling’s wizarding world.
The experience, Nov. 18–Jan. 6, 2018, includes a holiday transformation of Hogwarts castle with state-of-the-art special effects; festive décor lining the streets and storefronts of Hogsmeade and Diagon Alley; and themed food, drink and entertainment.
The Harry Potter Christmas experience will join Universal’s lineup of holiday experiences, including a brand-new Macy’s holiday parade featuring incredibly detailed floats and characters.
Guests can book a special vacation offer to experience the holiday entertainment, with prices starting at $165 per adult, per night, including admission to all three Universal theme parks.
