Condor will launch daily, non-stop service between Frankfurt (FRA) and Chicago (ORD) on May 14, 2027. The seasonal service will run through Sept. 12, 2027, and, with this addition, Condor will offer non-stop service to Frankfurt from 12 gateways in the United States and Canada.
“Chicago is an ideal addition to our North American network and a market with significant potential for both leisure and business travel. With this new service, we are providing our guests with convenient access to one of the most important metropolitan regions in the United States, while at the same time offering travelers from Chicago seamless connections to Europe via our hub in Frankfurt,” said Peter Gerber, CEO, Condor.
An Airbus A330neo, the flagship of Condor’s long-haul fleet, will operate the route, and offer a premium travel experience across all cabin classes. In business class, guests enjoy maximum comfort with fully lie-flat seats measuring up to 6 feet, 6 inches; direct-aisle access from every seat; and a comprehensive premium service. Premium economy offers greater legroom with increased seat pitch and additional amenities, and in-flight entertainment and onboard WiFi enhance the travel experience.
Beginning with the 2027 summer schedule, Condor will also operate from Frankfurt Airport’s new, state-of-the-art Terminal 3, offering modern infrastructure, short walking distances, spacious facilities and optimized passenger processes.
