Feeling a case of the lazies? There’s now a suitcase that enables your laidback attitude toward traveling and getting around. The COWAROBOT suitcase is a fully autonomous smart suitcase that follows its user, avoids obstacles in its path and allows you to go hands-free.

An included wristband locks the bag onto your location, while the sonar in the bag helps it avoid obstacles (namely small children and other travelers) and a depth sensor keeps it from tumbling down a flight of stairs.

The bag has a max speed of up to 4.5 mph, so it should stick by your side unless you start sprinting to your gate — in which case there is still a handle for you to grab hold of and roll the bag the old-fashioned way.

Additional features of the bag include a GPS locater and TSA-approved Co-Smart intelligent locks, which the wristband can be used to activate.

You can visit the COWAROBOT website for more information and instructions on how to pre-order. The bag retails at a hefty $499, but if you want to walk around like James Bond, the price is fitting.

Of course, there are exceptions to the rule and it can be dangerous to partake. Don’t hitchhike alone and always have a back-up plan or a plan of escape for emergencies.
