Mullica Hill, New Jersey’s William Heritage Winery has a tasting room right in Haddonfield. The tasting room is expanding into the space next door, with plans to debut the new addition this summer. For beer fans, head to Kings Road Brewing Company. The craft brewery opened in 2017 before expanding into its new, larger space in 2019. The brewery features an outdoor beer garden in the back of the building. Private event space is available.
Valente’s Cucina began as a market with Italian specialties before expanding to a sit-down BYOB restaurant. In addition to dinner service, the restaurant offers a six-course tasting menu. The interactive Chef’s Table experience gives diners insight into the preparation of the dishes, from farm to table. Valente’s Cucina also hosts private events.
The Bistro at Haddonfield is a mainstay in downtown Haddonfield. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner service, the café is a great spot to dine with friends and family. Another spot popular among locals and tourists is Zaffron Mediterranean Cuisine. The restaurant delights guests with a menu full of Greek, Turkish and Middle Eastern flavors.
Enjoy classic, movie-themed smoothies at Groovy Smoovies. The shop opened in 2020 and serves specialty smoothies with names like Beauty and the Peach and West Side Smorey. Sweet T’s Bakeshop offers a selection of gluten-free and vegan treats in addition to its regular roster of sweets.
There are other great spots whether you’re craving sushi (Fuji), Mexican (El Nopalito), pizza (Pizza Crime), vegan dishes (Leaf) or just a great cup of coffee (Saxbys).
