Well-known luxury hospitality brand Nobu expands into Oman with the new Nobu Hotel, Restaurant and Residences Muscat. The property is being developed in partnership with Oman Tourism Development Company and Enevoria Development, and follows Nobu’s recent announcement of a property set to debut in the United Arab Emirates. Other Nobu projects are also currently underway in Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
The Oman development will include an 80-guestroom hotel, Nobu Restaurant, full spa, multiple pools and a beach club. A limited number of residences will also be available.
“…Oman is truly a special destination, offering an extraordinary blend of natural beauty, warm hospitality and cultural depth,” said Trevor Horwell, CEO, Nobu Hospitality. “We are excited to expand our global footprint and strengthen our leadership in mixed-use developments, as we embrace a new era in luxury real estate.”
Currently, Nobu Hospitality has nearly 50 hotels either open or in development within its portfolio.
