Campers, hikers and long-term travelers often find themselves needing the comforts of home more so than quick weekend holidaymakers. Travel-sized tools, such as toiletries and dining equipment, come in all shapes and sizes while serving almost every and any purpose, but they aren´t always good for the environment when they come in plastic cases, hog room in your luggage or are made to be disposed of when finished.
Eco-friendly company Bambu steps in to solve this problem with their bamboo travel utensil set. Made of certified organic bamboo, the fork, knife and spoon are the only utensils of their kind USDA-certified for environmentally friendly use. The utensils are handcrafted from bamboo and are finished with a bamboo-oil seal ensuring material protection and durability for years.
The utensil kit also comes in its own carrying case with a choice of three designs. The three styles of the pouch are made from either hemp denim, cork or organic cotton, and keep the utensils clean and dry when you´re moving from place to place.
The organic bamboo utensil sets are available for purchase at $10 without the travel pouch, and $13 with one of the travel pouches included. If you have a long-term trip planned or if you´re searching for handy utensils to use at your day job, the environmentally friendly bamboo utensils are a wise investment.
