Eau Good Duo

Black + Blum followed up its Eau Good water bottle, which has a built-in filter, with a new product that combines a filter and a fruit infuser for flavor additions.

The company is currently running a Kickstarter campaign to help fund the product, which it hopes to bring to market soon.

Like its original Eau Good bottle, the new Duo product features a sleek plastic bottle with a charcoal filter that helps your tap water taste better. The bottles come in a few bright color options and each filter lasts approximately six months before it needs to be replaced. Additional filters can be purchased on the Black + Blum website.

All of the bottles are leak-proof and made with BPA-free plastic. They’re also sized perfectly to fit in a bike bottle holder.

The Duo adds a small filter just under the lid that separates any fruit, vegetables or herbs inside the bottle from the water you’re drinking. Add cucumber and mint, for example, and the bottle allows the ingredients to infuse the water without encumbering the sipping process. You simply slice the ingredients, add them to the main chamber in the water bottle and sip. The bottle’s lid comes apart for easy cleaning. The Duo also features a handy strap for holding as you walk or run.
