Located in Philadelphia, Pa., in what used to be the most famous and expensive prison in the world, Terror Behind the Walls is sure to scare you straight. Explore the prison’s six different attractions for all types of scares.
This year-round haunted attraction, located in Baton Rouge, is considered one of the top in the country. It is highly interactive and intense, and definitely not for the faint of heart. The attractions also include themed escape rooms, where guests try to make it out “alive.”
Located in an abandoned meat-packing factory in Fort Worth, Texas, guests of Cutting Edge hope to make it out in one unsliced piece. It’s described as frighteningly realistic, and also holds the Guinness World Record as the largest haunted house.
This Utah haunted house is known for being next-level intense. Most haunted attractions have a rule where actors cannot touch guests; this rule goes out the window here. You can be touched, grabbed and separated from your group for some extra terrifying scares.
The Shallow Grave in Winter Haven, Fla., is another highly intense experience where the actors are allowed to touch guests. The movie-quality sets and realistic actors are what make this attraction one of the best in Florida.
