FabFitFun Summer Box

Discover products for a well-lived life with FabFitFun. Members receive the best full-sized beauty, wellness, fashion, fitness and glam products every three months, handpicked by the FabFitFun team. The items in the box includes seasonal finds worth at least $200 for only $49.99.

The summer box, delivered to members in June, includes the most recent set of goodies. Each season, the company features a different design for the box and Libby Vanderploeg designed the summer box.

When opening the box, members will find a mini mag; this time it was more newspaper style. It details the items included and provides background on the designers and featured makers. Every quarter, FabFitFun partners with a different charity, and for the summer box it’s Joyful Heart.

The first item is Michael Stars Ruana, valued at $54. The multi-use product works as a scarf, sarong or wrap. The soft, lightweight material is a perfect warm-weather material and great for summer travel packing.

The next item is Kris Nations Mystic Bar Necklace, valued at $58. The necklace comes in glass bottle packaging — very summery — and has an adjustable length of 16–18 inches. The necklace comes in three colors: a gold-filled chain with blue gemstone, a gold-filled chain with peach gemstone and a sterling silver chain with white/grey gemstone.

Up next is the BKR Bottle, valued at $35, in a Rosy Pink shade or the Romeo Blue shade. The bottles are excellent, dishwasher safe and the silicone is BPA and phthalate free.

Juice Beauty’s Smoothing Eye Concentrate, valued at $29, is wonderful. The Juice Beauty brand formulas are ingredient conscious with organic and natural ingredients only. The eye concentrate serum is gentle, creamy and hydrating.

Avene Eau Thermale Ultra-Light Hydrating Sunscreen Lotion, valued at $24, transitions quickly from a formula to a matte finish. The formula is fragrance, paraben and oil free — works well under makeup.

The Cargo HD Picture Perfect Highlighter in Bronze, valued at $30, leaves a silky feeling. The pigment concentration is wonderful and the shimmer is fine, so there’s no need to worry about a glittery look.

Next up, all subscribers had the option to select a mystery fitness item or beauty item. The fitness item is Way of Will Post Training Massage Oil, valued at $29.50. It’s mean to be used as a post-workout massage oil. The scent is a blend of peppermint essential oil, German chamomile essential oil and lemongrass essential oil. The alternate option is Klorane Dry Shampoo with Oak Milk valued at $20. The dry shampoo is formulated without parabens or sulfates and is great for absorbing oil and adding texture and volume.

All subscribers were also able to pick between a traveler, artist or chef item. The chef item is a Salted Himalayan Pink Salt Kit, valued at $26. Use the grater to produce salt flakes great for finishing a dish. Giada De Laurentiis included three recipes to try with this in the information booklet. The mystery traveler item is the Understated Leather Travel Set valued at $28. The set includes a luggage tag and passport holder in vegan leather in rose gold. And the mystery artist item is the Amy Tangerine Art Kit valued at $22. The set includes a canvas, stencil, acrylic paints, paint brush and a foam stamper.

A Vital Proteins Marine Collage Sample, valued at $2.50, is an extra in the box that doesn’t count toward the value of the box for subscribers. Depending on the variations received, the box is valued from $272–287.50 — and doesn’t count value for the FabFitFun TV channel access or bonus collagen.

Overall, it’s an excellent summer box, perfect for your end of summer travels.
