Trends / Food & Drink

Following a strict diet and exercise routine typically leaves little wiggle room for indulgences such as wine and dessert. Thankfully for the health-conscious consumer, there is a growing selection of wholesome libations.

FitVine Wines are in the athlete’s corner, providing high-quality wine with zero residual sugar and low sulfates. FitVine Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc are all rich in antioxidants and low in calories and carbohydrates.

FitVine’s pesticide-free grapes go through a double filtering process to lower sulfates and produce wine with a clean finish. An extended fermentation processenhances the wine’s antioxidant levels while balancing color and pH scale.

The precision and care in the manufacturing of FitVine produces a flavorful, clean wine, hence their motto: “We crush grapes, you crush life.”

This up-and-coming brand is available online and at select grocery stores such as Whole Foods for $16–20 a bottle, or $192–240 a case. Cases ship for free and there is a 60-day guarantee for all FitVine products.

Inspired by an active group of friends, this healthy approach to wine and spirits allows even the most nutrition-centric individuals to work hard and play hard.
