Vermont topped the list for most restaurants per capita, with Utah coming in last place. Alaska, New York and Vermont tied for states with the most performing arts theaters per capita. Fans of the great outdoors will find the best access to national parks in Alaska, Wyoming, Montana, South Dakota and New Mexico.
