As packing liquids into carry-on suitcases becomes more difficult and requires more creativity than ever, it can be difficult to know where to start when attempting to include all your necessities into one transparent, size-restricted, zip-top bag. Travelers do have the option of waiting to stock up on liquids once they reach their destination but the risk involves marked-up prices for tourists, buying in larger-than-necessary quantities and having to decide what to do with the wasted amount when it comes time to re-pack and return home.
Etsy brand GSCEssentials sells all-natural, organic products such as deodorant and sunscreen sticks that pack neatly and securely in your carry-on luggage. The stick form means you’ll have room for one extra liquid item in your liquids bag.
Available in a waterproof variety and a facial variety, the sunscreen sticks are BPA-free and made from coconut oil, shea butter, avocado oil, carrot seed oil and other essential oils. The ingredients not only protect the skin from the harsh UV rays of the sun with a protection factor between 30 and 40, but they also moisturize the skin.
The sunscreen stick can be purchased on Etsy.com for less than $10, while the facial sunscreen stick (15 mL) retails for just $6.20.
