In the city itself you can explore the harbor and its vast array of naval ships, take a stroll through the San Diego Zoo or take a stroll along Mission Beach, where you’ll find a miniature rollercoaster to ride.
If you’re a fan of adventure you can drive to the picturesque town of Julian, just a short ride into the mountains. If you go, make sure to try some of the famous pie.
San Diego has beautiful, warm weather year-round making it a great destination for newlyweds looking to save a little money on their honeymoon but still bask in the sun. It’s far less hectic than you might imagine for a large city and there are more things to see and do here than you could ever fit into one trip.
