If you plan to visit Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, this holiday season, be sure to soak up the festive fun by attending one (or more!) of these events and experiences.

The Peoples Gas Holiday Market

This downtown holiday market, now in its 11th year, runs through Christmas Eve. In the vein of a German Christkindlmarkt, the city fills a square with several dozen wooden huts, offering a range of souvenirs, holiday items, gifts and more.

Kennywood Holiday Lights

For some holiday light looking, check out Kennywood Holiday Lights, through New Year’s Day. Taking place at the Kennywood amusement park, the event features more than 2 million Christmas lights and the tallest Christmas tree in all of Pennsylvania.

The Holiday Magic! Winter Flower Show and Light Garden

Also running through the New Year, ending Jan. 8, the Holiday Magic! Winter Flower Show and Light Garden takes place at the Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, with holiday trees, poinsettias and more, making for a gorgeous themed display.

The Zoo Lights Drive-Thru

Stay in the car for this Pittsburgh attraction. The Pittsburgh Zoo puts on a drive-thru holiday lights extravaganza, with animal lights, music and more, all enjoyable from your vehicle. The event runs through Dec. 30.
