August marks St. Lucia Chocolate Heritage Month. The island’s chocolate legacy dates back to their thriving cocoa industry in the 1700s. “Travelers can discover sweet treats and decadent eats when they visit St. Lucia during Chocolate Heritage Month,” said Tracey Warner-Arnold, deputy director of tourism, St. Lucia. “The celebration of our chocolate heritage, along with St. Lucia’s growing reputation as a culinary destination, adds another layer of fun that visitors can taste only in Saint Lucia.”
