Getting a visa or a passport can be an incredibly stressful, not to mention time-consuming, task. There’s all the paperwork, lots of dotting i’s and crossing t’s — but a new digital travel solution hopes to simplify that.
Entriva offers an easy-to-use platform to help you keep all of your visa and passport application info in one place, organized and efficient. To start the process, just search the platform’s database to determine your travel requirements. Pick your destination, let Entriva know where you’re traveling from and how long you’re traveling, and they’ll tell you exactly what kind of documents you’ll need for your trip.
From there, submit travel forms and documents through your Entriva account. The portal tells you what to fill out and sends the documents on their way. While you wait for them to be processed, you can track their status through your account.
Entriva’s services do, of course, come with a fee, made up of any government fees as well as handling fees.
Entriva was created by CIBT, the leading global provider of corporate travel visa and immigration services.
“Proprietary research showed us that travelers generally experience high stress levels when planning and preparing for international trips,” said Raksa Nazryk, president, Entriva. “Travelers describe the ideal travel document experience as one that calms anxiety and builds on the excitement of the trip. Drawing on the expertise of CIBT, designing Entriva for the consumer audience was a natural evolution for the company.”
