Traveling with dirty clothes is not always a big problem as long as you have access to laundry facilities. Even if the nearest laundromat is hours away, a solution to dirty laundry has been developed that will allow you to wash your garments anytime, anywhere.

A company called Scrubba created a few all-encompassing bags that wash and dry your clothes in a few quick steps. Scrubba´s Wash Bag and Wash Pack offer washing capabilities in various sizes with different features.

The smaller wash bag retails for $55 and can easily fold into your luggage to take up minimal space. To wash clothes, fill the bag with water, then roll the pouch down, clip it shut and deflate the extra space. Next, rub the bag and its contents from anywhere from 30 seconds to three minutes, depending on the load. Finally, rinse the contents and remove the articles to air dry.

The larger Scrubba Wash Pack ($99) performs the same functions, but with larger quantities of clothing.

A third alternative is the Scrubba Wash and Dry Kit. The kit includes inflatable coat hangers, an absorbent drying towel, a portable clothesline and a storage bag.

Not only will you be able to put on clean clothes every few days, but you´ll also be able to pack lighter so you have more room for souvenirs or other travel accessories, as well as save money that could have been spent at laundry mats.
