Louisiana welcomed its first Nobu outpost with the opening of a Nobu restaurant within Caesars New Orleans. As do all Nobu locations, the restaurant serves signature cuisine from acclaimed Chef Nobu Matsuhisa.

The restaurant offers just less than 200 seating options, and an atmosphere reminiscent of both Nobu Hotel Caesars Palace Las Vegas, as well as New Orleans itself. In addition to a main dining space, there’s a bar and lounge and sushi bar. Signature menu items include yellowtail jalapeño, made with yellowtail sashimi, garlic puree, jalapeño slices and cilantro, and black cod miso marinated in den miso sauce for up to three days.
“Nobu Restaurant Caesars New Orleans provides an unmatched restaurant experience for both locals and visitors of New Orleans … Chef Nobu has created a menu that is innovative and includes options that celebrate New Orleans’ deep-rooted culinary traditions while offering the signature Nobu experience that guests know and love,” said Samir Mowad, SVP and general manager, Caesars New Orleans. “We’re honored to open Chef’s first Louisiana location and we’re looking forward to welcoming diners from near and far.”
