The cocktail bar offers an elevated selection of over-the-top From the Lab cocktails. Highlights include Osmio 76, inspired by the densest naturally occurring element, which includes Tromba tequila, mango puree, fresh mint, house bitters and a secret element. Or opt for Lost in Paradise, consisting of Herradura tequila, coconut puree, passion fruit, condensed milk and fresh lime. Not a tequila fan? Dreamland is a concoction of Hendricks gin, fresh basil, cucumber and house green bitters, while Volcano is a ginger-spiced whiskey drink with smoked cinnamon, homemade pasilla syrup and house cacao bitters. The bar includes a wine and beer list.
For food, there’s a wide variety of small bites to enjoy with friends, from cheese tequeños with chili guava sauce to ham croquetas and tuna tartare tacos.
