On July 12, San Diego, Calif., will host the 2016 Major League Baseball All-Star Game. The game will be held at the waterfront PETCO Park.
Known as the “Midsummer Classic,” the game brings together top players from the American League and the National League for a thrilling baseball experience. Leading up to the big game July 12, the San Diego Convention Center transforms into an interactive baseball theme park for MLB All-Star FanFest.
More than 40 legends from Major League Baseball will attend to sign free autographs, take photos with fans, conduct baseball and softball clinics and participate in question and answer sessions. In addition to legend events, fans can take part in a memorabilia auction, play in the video game zone, create your own trading card, sample signature snacks from ballparks around the country, participate in family-friendly crafts and activities in the kid zone, stroll through the on-site exhibit from the National Baseball Hall of Fame & Museum and go head to head with your family and friends at the trivia challenge. All events are included with the price of FanFest admission. Individual tickets start at $35 for adults, with family packs and other discounts available.
Check the website for available All-Star celebration tickets.
