Traveling requires a lot of focus and organization. Boarding passes, confirmation emails, directions, maps and other documents must be on hand as you jet from place to place. Luckily, a new mobile app can keep track of all these items and more with a simple, user-friendly layout.
As confirmation emails begin to flood your inbox, you can forward them to an app called WorldMate, which will organize all the information into a sleek itinerary for your trip. Your flight time, lodging information (address, name of hotel) and any other activities planned will appear in a timeline of sorts, making it easy and quick to view your plans. If there is a flight delay or if you need a last-minute hotel room, WorldMate notifies you and helps you choose other flights or a hotel based on your booking history and local recommendations.
WorldMate also connects with your social networks and allows you to communicate with colleagues who may be in the area. Not only can you view status updates of flights, rental car schedules and work-related appointments, but any necessary modifications can be addressed directly on the app.
WorldMate is available to download on iOS, Android and Windows mobile devices. WorldMate also offers the option to partner with the company for even more customization of your brand and company. Get all your employees on board and make business trip planning a breeze.
