In fact, there are more than 250 exercises that can be performed with these babies.
The bars are made of aerospace-grade aluminum and only weigh a miniscule 9 ounces so you’ll barely even notice you have them among all your other gear. Unlike the previous version, there are a few options to help you get the most out of the Monkii Bars 2. They come in three different “kits:” The Adventure, Ultralight and Tactical varieties are tailored to your needs. Each kit contains 16-foot suspension straps to help you attach to your environment, whether you’re near tree limbs or poles.
