Something many travelers fail to remember is each country uses different outlets for their electronics. An appliance from the United States cannot be plugged into an outlet in Israel, for example. Adapters are a common fix to this problem; however, most have only a dual function. That is, they only work to convert the electronics of two different countries. CB2, Crate & Barrel’s new store, has released an adapter that is able to work with nearly every plug and outlet style found around the world. Not only is this model cheaper and more compact than comparable models from other brands, but its modern design might appeal to the user’s trendier side.

The CB2’s Universal Travel Adapter ($22.95) has prongs and ports for UK, European and U.S./Australian electronics and outlets and works in more than 150 countries. The device is made of a polycarbonate material and available in orange, blue, pink and green. It has dimensions of 2.5 inches by 2 inches by 2.25 inches and comes with a 90-day return policy.
