Angee, the first truly autonomous home security system, functions as an advanced security and communication system designed to change how you protect and connect to your home.
Every 13 seconds someone breaks into a home in the United States, and 41 percent of burglaries occur when the alarm isn’t armed. Angee is here to combat these issues, providing users with a full 360-degree view of their home, complete with voice recognition, at-the-door identification, motion-detecting rotation, advanced learning and cordless portability.
Angee’s 360-degree view means no burglar can hide. The device rotates 360 degrees to keep an eye on everything happening at home, following motion to give you a complete picture of what’s going on.
Set-up is easy, requiring owners to simply unbox it, connect it with your smartphone and add security tags at entry points around your house. The Angee smartphone app gives users instant access to what is going on at home so you can stay updated and be swiftly alerted if something goes wrong.
Angee also arms and disarms based on your proximity through a two-step authentication process of phone and voice recognition. Thus there is no need to enter a code every time you enter or leave your home.
The company recently launched a Kickstarter, raising more than $200,000 toward its goal to get funded. Early-bird prices for the device start from $279.
