Bag company Vinta developed the S-Series camera bag for fashion-conscious photographers who are always on the move.

The design is inspired by old military backpacks, updated for the demands of the modern traveling photographer. The S-Series is the first bag from Vinta, and the new company took to Kickstarter to raise funds.

Backers successfully funded the project, and the bag will now go into production. There is space for a 15-inch laptop and a removable insert keeps your camera gear safely separated. If you want to use the bag to transport luggage, simply take out the insert and pack your stuff inside.

The bag has space for a DSLR body alongside three to five lenses, and comes with a removable lens pouch for easy changes during shoots. The durable poly-fabric is water resistant and the closures are magnetic for ease of use.

At 11.5 inches by 15.75 inches by 5.5 inches, there is ample space for your gear, and the S-Series is available in three different colors. At 2.2 pounds, the bag is not the lightest on the market, but it is built to last.

In a crowded market, the S-Series has a lot of work to do to stand out from the competition, but the early signs are good. Watch out for product reviews when the bag eventually ships.
