Fairfield Inn & Suites recently surveyed guests about finding balance on the road, and crafted a list of tips to help everyone stay on top of all the demands of life while traveling.

Stay Connected
Allot time for friends and family when traveling — FaceTime for just a few minutes and you’ll feel at home on the road.
Stick to Your Routine
Pretend you are at home and maintain your daily routine. Stick to your schedule as much as you can, especially with exercise, eating and sleeping.
Tech/Life Balance
Technology is a modern-day mainstay, but it should not interfere with your social life — be it when out with others, or when you need “me” time. Find a balance.
Keep a Healthy Diet
Eating well on the road can be a challenge. Start the day with a healthy breakfast, don’t skip meals and stay hydrated.
