Tips / Other

Winter months can be dark and dreary and seem like they go on forever. We’re finally in the home stretch to spring. Here are some tips to keep you refreshed at the end of winter and prepare you for the warmer months to come.

Exfoliate

Sometimes we get so used to hibernating and being bundled up all winter, we’re in need of a little self care. Grab a good, full-body exfoliator and shed some dead winter skin. This will leave you feeling refreshed and new for the rebirth of spring and will prep your skin for some hopeful UV action. Remember to moisturize your skin after to feel good as new.

Change Your Wardrobe

Toward the end of winter your wardrobe could use a little refresh too. Change out some of your bulkier winter clothes for some new fun items to get you excited for spring and liven your spirits.

Change Your Bedding

It’s likely you’ve been using some heavy blankets and bedding over the past few months. Change your sheets for some lighter, fresher models with a higher thread count and breathability — perfect for those nights where its warm enough to open a window.

Plan a Trip

Nothing will get you more excited for spring than planning a trip. Check out some great spring vacation ideas, grab a few friends and your winter blues will be gone in no time.
