The Color Run 5K

The “Happiest 5K on the Planet,” or The Color Run is an international 5K race unlike any other running experience. Even if you don’t consider yourself a runner, this inclusive, feel-good race gives you a reason to lace up your tennis shoes.

As participants complete their 5K, volunteers shower them with colorful paint and glitter. This year, The Color Run debuts its Shine Tour, which includes an all-new Sparkle Zone™ and Finish Festival with music, dancing and confetti cannons blasting shimmery clouds of color and sparkles.

Not only do participants end the race covered in a rainbow of colors, but they leave with a bag of goodies and a sense of accomplishment. The Shine Tour Participant Kit includes custom race t-shirt, gold finisher’s medal, shiny tattoos, tri-color headband with silver stitching, classic color packet and brand-new shine powder packet.

The Color Run uses race registration fees to support local charities, such as Back on My Feet and Children’s Hospital in Los Angeles.
