Two restaurants and bars include Hickory, led by James Beard-nominated Chef Travis Milton and his deep love of Appalachian food culture. Using heirloom seeds passed down through generations, Milton showcases local vegetables in the 123-seat, fine-dining restaurant. The menu pairs with wines produced on site at Nicewonder Vineyards. At The Nicewonder Vineyards Tasting Room, opening early May, guests find light bites and tasting opportunities.
