Celebrating its 12th year, Philly Craft Beer Fest sets up shop on March 3 at South Philadelphia’s Naval Yard with beer stalls and food trucks. South Philadelphia has been climbing the ranks as a top spot for foodies and celebrates the food scene during the annual Flavors of the Avenue festival.
