IDAM is run by world-famous chef Alain Ducasse, the guy who trained many familiar faces like Gordon Ramsay, so you know you’re in for a treat. The cuisine here is described as French Mediterranean with Arabic influences. It’s one of the few places where camel is part of the menu.

Toro Toro is a splendidly South American treat in the middle of the desert. The tapas-style plates here leave diners always coming back for more. Isaan is the place to go in Doha for authentic Thai cuisine. You’ll share plates here, so it’s a great way to try out much of the menu. The soups are delicious and the curry is hot, just the way it should be.
