Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Now Largest Convention Hotel on U.S. Eastern Seaboard

The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin is now the largest convention hotel on the U.S. Eastern Seaboard, following a recent expansion. Today, the property now offers 600,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space, alongside its more than 2,600 guestrooms.

The most recent addition can account for 100,000 square feet of this space. The $300 million event space addition, dubbed Peninsula, is the property’s first major expansion of its type since 2003. The two-story venue encompasses a large foyer, multipurpose spaces, pre-function spaces, a ballroom and more.
