Where better to get a little witchy than the historic town of Salem? The Salem Witch Halloween Ball attracts hundreds of costumed revelers each year. Banks of the Foyle Hallowe’en Carnival
A highly underrated event, this carnival takes place in Derry, Ireland, and attracts more than 50,000 partygoers each year. Homemade costumers are a must (so much so you may find you can’t even get a drink at the bar if you’re not dressed up in your finest). Festivities abound in the historic town, and include a parade and fireworks.
