Cards are a great boredom buster wherever you are, but full-sized decks can be a pain to carry around on longer trips.
With that in mind, the team behind this new deck of cards decided to make a smaller, more durable version of the old favorite. Tny² are perfect for traveling thanks to their small size and 100 percent plastic construction.
At just 1.75 inches by 1.25 inches, the cards really are small. They’ll take up less space in your bag, and also weigh less than traditional decks. The high-quality plastic construction means they will also last a long time, surviving spills and allowing any alcohol stickiness to be wiped off easily. You’ll even be able to use them in the rain if you just can’t bear to give up your game when the weather turns bad.
The deck of cards will retail for $17.99 following a successful Kickstarter campaign. It is thought the first decks will ship in June 2018.
Judging by the strong response on the crowdfunding platform, small cards are a sought-after item. At that price they’re more expensive than most of the competition, but they should last far longer than traditional cards.
