1 Hotels is opening its first property in Texas with the debut of 1 Hotel Austin. This property is situated within the tallest building in the entire state.
The hotel has more than 250 guestrooms and is part of a mixed-use development. It’s nearby Waterloo Greenway and Ann and Roy Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail. It brings the outdoors in with reclaimed and salvaged woods, and a living plant wall. On-site amenities include a restaurant from a James Beard award-nominated chef: Alteno. There’s also a wine bar and rooftop venue.
