Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming is the ideal escape from reality and into the great outdoors. Staying at the Jackson Lake Lodge allows travelers easy access to all of the adventure and sightseeing activities available. The rooms are by no means extravagant, but visitors can feel comfortable with the spacious, rustic luxury the accommodations afford.
The amazing views from the rooms and restaurants truly make the stay and are the most valuable amenity. Be sure to plan for lodging well in advance of the trip as the rooms fill up fast and be sure to ask for a room with a view.
Many of the lodging available in the park is conveniently located and immersed in the beauty of the park so tenants can easily head out hiking, biking, mountain climbing, fishing and canoeing, among so many more activities.
Hiking is a must. It is the greatest way to see the park in all of its glory. Jackson Hole is just more than 30 miles from the lodge and with so much to see on the way, including waterfalls, wildflowers, snow-covered mountaintops and wildlife all around the park.
Getting on the water while in the park is another great way to get around. Whether rafting the Snake River with a guide, renting a motorboat or taking a boat cruise on Jackson Lake, the springtime affords travelers beautiful weather and amazing views from all angles of the park.
