Worth a visit for the architecture alone, the Dock Street Theatre in Charleston, S.C., is one of the oldest in America built originally in 1736. It has a long history of seedy visitors, fires and untimely deaths. Visitors reportedly share the space with the ghosts of actors and other notable theatregoers of the past.
