Starting Oct. 9 and running through Nov. 1, you can catch Peace, Love & Pumpkins at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts. The same famous site of 1969’s Woodstock, the grounds will be home to a fun and family-friendly fall fest for a short time.
In its sixth year, the festival includes a half-mile walk-thru Halloween experience, with thousands of jack-o-lanterns and similar displays. The center will also host special events, such as murder mystery mixers and sensory-friendly Wednesdays. Live music will be on tap nightly. Additionally, families can add trick-or-treat boxes to their experiences or attend spooky crafting events. Adults can likewise attend 21-and-over Boos & Booze nights, and there are even some spooky crafting events for adults, too.
If you purchase your ticket in advance, admission to Peace, Love & Pumpkins is $25 for those ages 18 and up, $15 for those ages 3–17, and free for those 2 and under. Same-day ticket costs increase by $5. Timed ticketing is necessary for Fridays and Saturdays, with first entry at 6:30 p.m. and last entry at 9 p.m.
