For historical reasons, there are no standardized dimensions for baseball fields, making each stadium unique in terms of design and play. This means certain parks are better suited for catching home runs. If you’re looking for a ball to take home, be sure to catch a game at one of these hitter’s parks.

Camden Yards, Baltimore Orioles

Despite a 25-foot fence in right field, Camden Yards is best for lefty hitters. It doesn’t hurt the rest of the outfield is lined by a mere 7-foot fence.

U.S. Cellular Field, Chicago White Sox

White Sox headquarters is a “three true outcomes” park, ranking high in strikeouts, walks and home runs, helped by an average daily wind speed of 10.3 mph.

Coors Field, Colorado Rockies

The Mile High City has a thinner atmosphere, so the park placed its outfield walls further back, though it doesn’t make much of a difference. Coors Field is the most hitter-friendly park in Major League Baseball and the least friendly for pitchers.

AT&T Field, San Francisco Giants

This place isn’t actually conducive for hitters, but kayaking into McCovey Cove to catch a home run is quite fun.
