SitFit Chair provides a variety of convenient features with workout capabilities. Users can do crunches by using the hand grip and foot support while lifting the resistance bands that stretch and swing the back of the chair forward. Back extensions are another capability, achieved by using the resistance bands and swiveling the back support forward and back.
When users feel like they had an adequate workout and burned off enough calories, they can sit back and relax in the same chair they just worked out in. SitFit offers a convenient foot support feature that can be elevated for better comfort, so users can lounge and relax.
