Hilton Worldwide’s newest hotel brand Canopy by Hilton announced its first digital collaboration, Canopy by You. Reinforcing the brand’s commitment to local design, art, food and drink, the three-month digital initiative engages local tastemakers and curates neighborhood experiences.
The Canopy Guest Enthusiasts are local influencers who tell the stories of the neighborhoods where upcoming Canopy by Hilton properties are located. The influencers interact with locals through social media, encouraging them to also share their stories. Local finds will inspire authentic offerings in the new hotels, from design, artwork, welcome amenities, cuisine offerings and fitness options.
Canopy By You kicks off in North Bethesda, Md., followed by Portland and Indianapolis. The first Canopy Guest Enthusiasts are Holly Thomas, editorial director, Design Army; and Kate Warren, photographer, Go Kate Shoot.
Join the conversation on social media by following @canopybyhilton and using the #CanopybyYou. The first Canopy property is expected to open in early 2016, and the partnership is a reflection of the brand’s commitment to offering local elements and approachable design.
