ChatSim is the SIM card that allows you to chat on your phone anywhere in the world with no restrictions. For a yearly fee starting at about $5, travelers can send unlimited text messages, emojis included, in more than 150 countries.
ChatSim works with multiple chat apps, allowing you to send text messages free of charge and without any limits. The card works with WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, WeChat, LINE, QQ, Viber and more. You can send multimedia, including photos and voice messages, for an additional fee. ChatSim works on all unlocked phones.
Three card types are available: ChatSim, ChatSim Plus and ChatSim World. Accessible countries vary by card type. Currently, 3G is available in most countries, with 4G available in some with more coming soon.
Purchase ChatSim on their website or from an authorized dealer like Amazon. Prices and shipping costs vary by location. Additional credits can be purchased for multimedia. These recharge options start at about $10.
