Inspiration from other people is great, but no one wants to end up with a copycat wedding that they end up regretting in 20 years. To get a sense of what suits you best, look at the items you choose to decorate your home with, or better still, your clothes. Is there a tendency toward sharp, contemporary design? Or do you prefer floral patterns?

Your wedding should be an expression of your personal style, but don’t let things get out of hand. If anything, tend toward more traditional wedding features to avoid regret at a later date.
