Outer Style’s Colorblock Sling Bags are small and lightweight, ideal for carrying just a few things to the beach or the gym. The bags come in black, red, blue, green and navy, all with black accents, and feature a cross-body strap for easy carrying.
The best feature of the bag is it comes with an audio pocket and headphone port so you can easily listen to music as you walk. The bag also features two separate, zippered storage compartments for keeping your gear organized: One smaller pocket works well for keys and wallet and other personal items, while the larger, main compartment can easily hold a beach towel, water, snacks, etc.
The bag is small enough it doesn’t slip from side to side as you move, so it won’t get in the way when you’re biking or jogging. But it’s large enough to fit just about everything you may need for a day on the go, without tempting you to overpack. It can also easily be thrown into a bigger piece of luggage for daytrip use while on a longer trip.
They appear and feel to be made cheaply (despite claiming to be constructed of durable fabric) so it remains to be seen whether these bags can hold up over time. If nothing else, they don’t feel as though they should cost $59.
