Hilton Molino Stucky Venice debuted a range of epicurean offerings this summer.
Skyline Rooftop Bar, the highest bar in all of Venice, rolled out an experimental mix of more than 16 new cocktails, with Signature Cocktails masterminded by bar manager Sebastiano Scarpa and his team.
“We are very proud of our new Signature Cocktail Menu here at Skyline Rooftop Bar,” commented Scarpa. “Our bar has long been held as one of the best spots in the city for visitors and locals alike to watch the sunset and therefore it’s only right that we provide the ultimate mixology experience to match!”
A few of the new cocktails include The Gentleman, a twist on the classic martini; The Tower, a new take on the Bloody Mary; and Fusion, blending an Aperol Spritz, Spritz Select, Negroni and Prosecco. Alcohol-free options are also an option.
Epicurean events include Taste & Soul: Al-Fresco Dining by the Lagoon at Aromi & Bacaromi, with live music events at the two restaurants taking place weekly July 21–Aug. 25; and Sky Beats by the Pool DJ Sets, Poolside Live Music and Celebration Days at Skyline Bar, with performances scheduled for July 2 and Aug. 20. Themed rooftop events will be held for World Rum Day, July 8, and World Tequila Day, Aug. 6. For the 500-year-old Redentore festival on July 15, the hotel offers a seven-course dinner with local delicacies and wine pairings followed by a fireworks spectacular.
