Seattle Sports Co. has made bags of various sorts their specialty since 1983 — and it shows, with their wide array of products of this type, including various dry bags.
The DriLite™ Cove Sack is one such product, with a relatively low price point and overall great value for the quality construction of this sack. The rip-stop nylon can take quite a beating, as can the welded seams and abrasion-resistant base. All that said, the sack is lightweight and folds down for packing in another bag or for storage.
The bag comes in orange and blue and Seattle Sports offers three sizes: five, 10, and 20 liters. The 10- and 20-liter bags come with an adjustable (and removable) strap that hooks onto the bag’s D-rings. This is a great feature not always found with other dry bags which makes it easier to lash to a boat or other bag, or simply for carrying over your shoulder while you paddle, hike or sail.
And the bag effectively keeps your gear dry, working well in rain or full submersion, as long as you roll the top as instructed.
