Salamander Voyages is a family-owned luxury yacht and gulet charter company, offering bespoke itineraries around the Mediterranean. When traveling with Salamander Voyages, guests enjoy the services of a local crew and private chefs, suite-style cabins, water toys and itineraries visiting hidden-gem locations guests might not get to visit otherwise. Now, from May 2023, guests can take advantage of complimentary, private dinghy sailing lessons.
These sailing lessons are designed with both children and adults in mind, with a relaxed feel and a skilled captain there every step of the way.
“Sailing courses can often be both hugely expensive and intensive, which can understandably put people off. The idea here is to try and make dinghy sailing fun, informal and accessible without any commitment necessary. The dinghies are ideal for beginners and the sea’s wonderfully calm, so these really are the perfect sailing conditions,” said Tessa Wills, co-owner, Salamander Voyages.
This option is only available during charter excursions. Seven-night charters start around $1,700 per person.
