There’s a new lantern in town. A series of inflatable, LED, solar-powered lanterns is released by a handful of companies. These nifty creations collapse down into the size of a small dinner plate and can be inflated by mouth quickly. They often include a small solar panel for charging and can be set on a flat surface or hung up.
The Luci original lamp from MPOWERED is a stand-out product. It is durable and solar-charged, with no additional batteries required. The lantern charges in direct sunlight after seven hours and it will last up to 12 hours on a single charge.
Like other, similar lanterns, the Luci is inflatable, collapsible and lightweight at just 4.4 ounces, making it the ideal addition to your camping gear. It’s also waterproof, so you wont have to worry about the product in the rain. It has three settings: bright, super bright and flashing.
The light also has a battery indicator to show how much charge is left. The light works well for your patio, barbecue, campsite, garden, emergency kit and more.
