The importance of sleep is a trending topic, and Mandarin Oriental, Boston and its spa recently launched a new Dream Catcher massage designed to rejuvenate guests and also support their future sleep.

The sleep-focused Dream Catcher treatment uses lavender herbs with sedative properties and heat elements to lower stress levels and induce deep relaxation. Lavender oil and oil-infused heat packs are applied during the massage, which also includes the scalp. After the relaxing massage, guests are encouraged to visit the hydromassage Vitality Pool, Crystal Steam Room, Experience Shower and Relaxation Lounge. For appropriately aged guests, finish the massage with a lavender-infused cocktail. All guests depart with a lavender-filled sachet to continue the sleep rituals at home.
The 80-minute massage costs $310 on weekdays and $340 on weekends. Reserve your treatment by calling 617 535 8820 or emailing mobos-spa@mohg.com.
